In Argentina, if you chicken out, people will yell: "¡Arrugaste!" (literally, "You wrinkled!").

It refers to the involuntary reflex when you get terrified: your butt tightly clenches. That panicked contraction creates literal wrinkles in the anal sphincter.

So if you back down, Argentines will merrily make comments about your anus.
